Required Skills:
Proven experience in medical or healthcare sales, ideally within orthopedics, sports medicine, or primary care
Excellent communication and presentation skills tailored to diverse healthcare audiences
Strong strategic planning and territory management abilities
Proficiency with CRM software for account planning and data analysis
Ability to interpret clinical data and translate it into compelling clinical narratives
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with exceptional time management skills
Deep understanding of healthcare reimbursement strategies and compliance guidelines
Nice to Have Skills:
Knowledge of injectable therapies and pain management solutions
Experience working with surgeons, physicians, practice managers, and medical staff
Familiarity with the Springfield, IL healthcare landscape
