Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
- Provide management with regular reports on financial performance and key metrics.
- Cost Accounting:
- Monitor production costs and analyze variances against budgeted and standard costs.
- Develop and maintain cost accounting systems to track expenses and allocate costs appropriately.
- Work with operations teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource utilization.
- Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts for the plant.
- Monitor budget performance and provide insights to management on deviations and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with department heads to align spending with strategic objectives.
- Inventory Management:
- Oversee the valuation and control of inventory, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Must have :
Minimum 5+ years' experience must have manufacturing and standard costing
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
