Job Summary

Responsible for maintaining a continuous growth of sales in an assigned district through the development, direction, training, and motivation of supporting sales staff. Perform all tasks set forth by the Regional Sales Manager and National Sales Manager.

What You Will Do 

  • Lead sales growth across an assigned district by developing, directing, training, and motivating supporting sales staff. 
  • Build strong customer and account relationships through joint sales calls, account development, performance reviews, and timely problem resolution. 
  • Maintain or improve project margins through cost awareness, scope involvement, and disciplined expense control. 
  • Coordinate with marketing, engineering, manufacturing, service, and purchasing teams to support customer needs from opportunity through after-market service. 
  • Provide project leadership by balancing scope, cost, timing, and quality while resolving commercial and technical issues efficiently. 
  • Share marketplace intelligence with regional and marketing leadership, including customer requirements, competitive products, pricing, policies, sales potential, inventory needs, and service-call needs. 
  • Prepare clear monthly project status updates for TIC management and customers, including meeting minutes and other project communications as needed. 
  • Represent TIC professionally and courteously with customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders. 

What You Bring 

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience. 
  • A proven record of significant sales accomplishments. 
  • Ability to develop account strategies, evaluate growth potential, and support district budget achievement. 
  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to serve as a primary point of contact for customers and internal teams. 
  • Commercial judgment, technical curiosity, and a practical problem-solving mindset. 
  • Willingness to travel approximately 60% to support customers, accounts, and district priorities.
