About This Opportunity
Judit Inc. is hiring on behalf of one of our largest clients - a global technology leader in consumer electronics, semiconductors, and mobile communications. This is a temporary, contract position: you'll be employed by Judit Inc. and work directly alongside our client's team.
The description below is our client's overview of the background, skills, and experience they're looking for. If you meet most - but not all - of these, we still want to hear from you. Your Judit recruiter will walk you through the day-to-day work, schedule, pay, and contract length before anything moves forward.
What you'll do
You'll keep product launches on track by managing the schedules, trackers, and digital assets behind the product detail pages (PDPs) on the company's e-commerce site. You'll be the main link between headquarters and the local marketing team, and you'll run key day-to-day operations for the team, including invoicing and launch toolkits.
Launch timing and schedules
- Build and maintain the launch work-back schedule for all PDP toolkit assets, working back from the launch date to set milestones and deadlines
- Create and manage three trackers that serve as the shared source of truth for asset status, timing, and ownership
- Flag timeline risks and bottlenecks early and recommend ways to address them
- Keep trackers current as launch dates, asset scope, or priorities change
Digital asset management (DAM)
- Manage intake, organization, and version control of PDP assets created by headquarters in the DAM system
- Make sure assets are tagged correctly, current, and easy for downstream teams to find
- Audit asset libraries regularly to remove outdated content and confirm everything is complete before launch
Headquarters liaison
- Serve as the main point of contact between headquarters and the local marketing team, translating requirements and timelines for both groups
- Share asset status, changes, and blockers clearly and quickly with both sides
- Coordinate approvals, feedback, and revisions so asset delivery stays on launch timing
Team operations
- Track, process, and reconcile vendor and agency invoices on time
- Keep organized records of all team-owned assets across product lines and campaigns
- Oversee the development, organization, and rollout of product launch and campaign toolkits so teams have what they need on schedule
- Support other day-to-day operations that keep the team efficient and accountable
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in a full-time professional role
- Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing operations, or project/program coordination
- Project management skills, including managing multiple trackers and timelines at once
- Cross-functional communication and stakeholder management with internal teams and external and headquarters partners
- Familiarity with DAM systems and PDP or e-commerce content workflows
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines
Work details
- Fully remote, 5 days a week
- Short-term contract through December 2026
