Ecommerce Specialist

Lovisa is looking for an eCommerce Specialist, who is passionate about creating seamless digital experiences, managing daily website/app operations and using data to drive online commercial results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily management of website & app in line with eCommerce strategy to drive trade.
• Own the end-to-end management of website & app operations - including content, merchandising, search, promotions and product collections to enhance user engagement and optimize conversion.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance website experience and performance.
• Responsible for monitoring website friction points, conversion rates and customer behaviour.
• Report on sales trends, customer funnels, search and merchandising initiatives on daily/weekly/monthly/yearly basis.
• Keep finger on the pulse with competitor activity and market best-practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, IT, planning and customer service to deliver ecommerce objectives.
• Ensure website content, product information, promotions and campaigns are executed accurately.
• Provide guidance and support to eCommerce Coordinator.

About You:

• 3-5 years' experience in eCommerce or similar
• Exposure to global or international teams/markets is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of commercial trading, ecommerce merchandising and conversion rate optimization
• Confident managing a large volume of skus
• High attention to detail whilst in fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working autonomously and taking initiative
• Experience with Shopify, GA4, merchandising platforms and product information management tools.
