Judit Inc. is hiring on behalf of one of our largest clients - a global technology leader in consumer electronics, semiconductors, and mobile communications. This is a temporary, contract position: you''ll be employed by Judit Inc. and work directly alongside our client''s team.

What you''ll do

You''ll keep online-order systems running smoothly by monitoring SAP S/4HANA every day and troubleshooting interface errors and order issues as they come up. You''ll also help the eCommerce team work better: evaluating current processes, proposing improvements, and helping plan and coordinate the projects that put them in place.

• Monitor system logs daily and troubleshoot interface errors and other issues with online orders, mainly in SAP S/4HANA.
• Support eCommerce process improvement projects by evaluating current work processes and identifying improvement strategies.
• Help communicate the team''s vision and strategy, and keep cross-functional teams motivated and engaged.
• Assist with project planning and coordination, including scheduling, defining roles and responsibilities, and documentation.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including headquarters, engineering, operations, and vendors as needed.
• Help present redesigned processes to all levels of the organization.

What you''ll bring

• Bachelor''s degree in a relevant field (computer science or information sciences and technology strongly preferred).
• 2-5 years of experience supporting operations and product delivery using SAP S/4HANA.
• A track record of spotting areas for improvement and proposing process improvement initiatives.
• Expert/advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet goals and established deadlines.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Confluence and Jira.
• Korean language skills (a plus, not required).
