Pay Rate : $65.00-$80.00/hr

Position Overview
Our client, a global leader in the design and manufacture of consumer and safety products, is seeking an EDI Implementation & Support Specialist who will be responsible for configuring, supporting, troubleshooting, and optimizing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) integrations to ensure reliable communication between business systems and external trading partners. This role works closely with internal stakeholders and customers to maintain seamless data exchange, support ERP integrations, and resolve EDI-related issues in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, maintain, and support EDI integrations and transaction processing.
• Troubleshoot EDI transactions, communication failures, and data exchange issues.
• Configure and support X12 EDI documents including 850, 855, 856, and 810 transactions.
• Monitor EDI system performance and ensure reliable partner connectivity.
• Support AS2 communications and EDI mapping activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and trading partners to resolve integration issues.
• Assist with EDI testing, onboarding, and implementation projects.
• Support ERP integrations, including JD Edwards and related business systems.
• Document processes, configurations, and support procedures.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of EDI implementation and support experience.
• Hands-on experience with X12 transactions (850, 855, 856, 810).
• Knowledge of AS2 communication protocols.
• Experience with EDI translation tools such as EDI HQ or similar platforms.
• Experience supporting ERP systems, preferably JD Edwards.
• Working knowledge of SQL and VB Script.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer support skills.

• Experience supporting global operations and trading partner networks.
• Understanding of database concepts and data integration.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with U.S. and Canadian order processing cycles.
