Pay Range: $40 - $44/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:- Manage assigned litigation, regulatory, and investigative matters throughout the eDiscovery lifecycle.
- Liaise with outside counsel and internal stakeholders to address eDiscovery process questions and requirements.
- Support legal hold preservation and ongoing compliance efforts.
- Coordinate small-scale data reviews to support GDPR Data Subject Access Requests and internal investigations.
- Provide eDiscovery platform training and guidance for internal stakeholders.
- Administer new collection jobs using endpoint technologies including EnCase, Nuix, Magnet Cyber, Cellebrite, and CrashPlan.
- Document collection metrics and enhance eDiscovery dashboards and reporting within Power BI.
- Process collected data into Nuix and perform post-ingestion quality control and validation steps.
- Lead process improvement initiatives and maintain documentation for eDiscovery processes and operational guidelines.
- Prepare and deliver eDiscovery-related presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- 2+ years of experience in eDiscovery or related fields.
- Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of EnCase, Nuix, RelativityOne, and Microsoft 365 Purview eDiscovery.
- Proficiency in legal hold management and data visualization or reporting applications.
- Degree: BA required; eDiscovery certification preferred.
- Nice-to-Haves: eDiscovery certification, RCA certification, EnCE, EnCEP certification.
- Top Candidate Skills: Nuix/Relativity experience, Purview eDiscovery experience, EnCase experience.
