Inspire and encourage teachers by:
- Being present in classrooms, developing great educators to create the best educational experiences
- Supporting teachers of all age groups working with classrooms of all ages and leading by exam
- Participating in the selection and hiring of teachers
- Collaborating with other leadership team members to create engaging onboarding experiences for new teachers
- Ensure families feel connected to their child's day through our family communication app
- Plan and execute Family Teacher Conference and digital student portfolios
- ASQ implementation and STAR literacy assessment
- Planning and Tracking annual Professional Training & Development
- Own education supply budget to ensure teachers have needed tools and materials
- Coaching all teachers for Primrose level of quality interactions and educational experience
- Conducting classroom observations to support and ensure the implementation and delivery of the research-informed Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum
- Supporting the use of our exclusive, time-tested digital platform that includes everything a teacher needs to implement our curriculum
- Plan and execute monthly family - engagement events
