Education Superintendent

I'm partnering with a respected Texas general contractor that is looking to add a Superintendent to lead higher-education and K-12 projects throughout the College Station area.

They're looking for a field leader who can own the schedule, coordinate subcontractors, maintain quality and keep safety at the forefront on active campuses.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily field operations on higher-ed and K-12 projects
• Manage schedules, look-aheads and site logistics
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors
• Plan safe work around occupied campuses
• Drive quality control, inspections and closeout
• Communicate with owners, architects and facility teams

What You Bring

• Superintendent experience on education projects (higher-ed and K-12 both preferred)
• Occupied campus experience
• OSHA 30
• Strong scheduling and subcontractor management
• Ability to read plans and specifications
• Professional owner communication
