Position: Education & Training Expert Type:Contract Compensation:$30–$85/hour Location:Remote
Role Responsibilities
Write teaching problems from your classroom or course. Include level, common misconceptions, constraints, and reference answers for model grading.
Grade model-written explanations and lesson materials. Ensure explanations meet learners' needs and assessments measure intended outcomes.
Flag model explanations that are accurate but may confuse students due to prior knowledge or misconceptions.
Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure consistency and relevance across datasets.
Qualifications
Must-Have
Professional experience in teaching, tutoring, or instructional design.
Clear written communication skills.
Comfort with ambiguous tasks and willingness to flag unclear instructions.
