    Location: Various locations across Massachusetts

    The Education/Training Specialist designs and delivers educational programs and training sessions to support the organization’s goals. This role involves creating learning materials, evaluating program effectiveness, and fostering skill development.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement educational programs and training materials.
    • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and presentations for staff, volunteers, or community members.
    • Assess training needs and tailor programs to meet specific goals.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make improvements.
    • Stay updated on best practices and trends in education and training.
    • Collaborate with program staff to integrate training into organizational activities.
    • Maintain detailed records of training activities and outcomes.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in education, training, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in training or instructional design.
    • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and techniques.
    • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
    • Proficiency in e-learning platforms and tools.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
