Educational Partner (Tutor & Academic Mentor)

Our Educational Partners do more than help students complete assignments—they build confidence, strengthen executive functioning skills, foster independence, and create meaningful relationships that support long-term success.
We're looking for exceptional educators who are passionate about helping students grow academically and personally. Whether working with an elementary student building foundational skills, a middle school student developing organization and study habits, or a high school student preparing for advanced coursework, our Educational Partners meet students where they are and help them move forward with confidence.
What You'll Do
- Provide one-on-one academic support tailored to each student's strengths, needs, and goals.
- Help students develop executive functioning skills, organization, study strategies, and independent learning habits.
- Build positive, encouraging relationships with students while maintaining high expectations.
- Communicate professionally with parents regarding student progress and next steps.
- Prepare for sessions and adapt instruction based on each student's learning style.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure students receive thoughtful, consistent support.
- Maintain professionalism, reliability, and confidentiality in every interaction.

Qualifications
- Experience working with students through teaching, tutoring, mentoring, coaching, or a related educational role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation for in-person assignments, when applicable.
- Teaching credential or degree in education is welcomed but not required. We value exceptional educators from a variety of backgrounds who demonstrate strong instructional skills and a commitment to student growth.
Position Details
- Part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling.
- In-person and remote opportunities available based on student needs.
- Hourly compensation starting at $40–$50, depending on experience, qualifications, and assignment.
- Opportunities to grow with the company as additional students and services become available.
