We are a growing educational staffing firm supplying PCAs (Personal Care Assistants/1:1s, Teacher Aides/Paraprofessionals, teachers and therapists into charter and K-12 schools in the Northeast U.S.   We are seeking a full time staffing manager to manage a team or virtual recruiters to fill open positions for our growing client list.  The Staffing Manager will manage a team of 2.5 full time virtual recruiters, one part time billing and invoicing specialist, all client open positions and the overall billing and invoicing process to assist the owner who will focus on business growth and development.  This is a virtual role with some face to face meetings in the greater Bluffton, SC area.  Optimal candidates should have staffing management experience preferably in K-12 staffing settings.  Candidates who do not live within 1 hour of the greater Bluffton, SC area should NOT apply unless they have K-12 staffing experience as a manager preferably staffing into the greater Philadelphia/ Southern NJ areas.
