What We're Looking For

We're looking for a dedicated educator who is passionate about helping children learn, discover, and build confidence as they prepare for their next educational adventure.

Pre-Kindergarten Teacher Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Massachusetts EEC certification
• Supervise and manage the daily activities and routines of a classroom of 4- and 5-year-old children
• Assess and monitor each child's developmental progress and individual needs
• Implement approved lesson plans and daily schedules in accordance with the Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum
• Communicate and collaborate professionally with families and fellow faculty members
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment
• Attend required staff meetings, professional development workshops, and school events
• Previous experience leading a group of students
• Full-time availability Monday through Friday between 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM, with a rotating schedule
• Ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds
