EHRT Operator

Skilled manufacturing professional who operates EHRT copper bus bar punching and fabrication equipment used to produce precision electrical power-distribution components. , This role combines machine operation, CNC programming, blueprint reading, quality inspection, and material handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate EHRT multi-station punch machines and copper bus bar fabrication equipment.

• Create and edit machine programs using Fanuc controls and G-code.

• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications.

• Perform deburring, drilling, and tapping operations.

• Conduct material inspections and verify dimensions using calipers and micrometers.

• Follow policies, work instructions, and ISO quality standards.

• Support production needs across departments and participate in cross-training initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 3-5 years of machinist or metal fabrication experience preferred.

• Experience manufacturing precision metal products; copper bus bar experience is a plus.

• Computer skills and familiarity with inspection tools.

• Forklift or pallet jack experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, bending, twisting, reaching, walking, and stooping.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
