EHS Manager

--Position: EHS Manager

--Location: Lebanon, PA

--Company: Manufacturing

--Responsibilities: The EHS Manager will have ownership over the entire plant's health and safety operations. This person will drive new initiatives as well as implement and enforce initiatives with all employees to ensure continual growth of health and safety standards. The EHS Manager will work closely with the Plant Manager and other management staff and will interface with hourly employees regularly as well. This person will be able to step in day one and grow the EHS department to help the facility continue to perform at a high level and grow itself.

--Requirements:

--Bachelor's in Occupational Helath and Safety, Engineering, or related discipline

--!0+ years as EHS Manager for a manufacturing facility

--Implementing safety policies from scratch

--Working with hourly and management employees to foster a better work environment

--ASP or CSP certifications a plus
