Top-tier power and infrastructure firm seeking a senior engineering leader to manage Extra High Voltage (345 kV and higher) overhead transmission line projects and collaborate with major utilities and internal multi-disciplinary teams.
Responsibilities• Lead execution of large EHV overhead transmission line projects• Serve as senior technical authority and engineer-of-record• Manage teams, budgets, schedules, and design quality• Support client relationships, change management, and strategic pursuits
Qualifications• 11+ years in overhead transmission line engineering• Direct experience with 345 kV+ transmission lines• Strong PLS-CADD expertise• EPC or utility-facing project leadership experience• Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred• Bachelors degree in engineering required
Compensation & Benefits $180,000–$200,000 base salary• Annual bonus + full benefits + ESOP• Hybrid / flexible work environment• Interview travel reimbursed• Relocation support considered for ideal candidate
Locations Open to candidates based in OR, CA, TX, KS, CO, MN, MI, NC, FL(Hybrid model available)
