Abacus Corporation is seeking experienced Electric Pallet Jack Operators to join a growing warehouse team in Franklin, Indiana. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering competitive pay, weekly paychecks, and the chance to build a long-term career.

Pay Rates

1st Shift

• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Pay: $18.45/hour

2nd Shift

• Schedule: Monday through Thursday
• Hours: 5:45 PM - 4:15 AM
• Pay: $19.45/hour

Job Responsibilities

• Safely operate an electric pallet jack in a warehouse environment
• Move products throughout the facility accurately and efficiently
• Pick and stage orders as assigned
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Meet productivity and quality standards

Qualifications

• Previous electric pallet jack operating experience required
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
