Power Up Your Career in Electronics with VOLTVolt is hiring an Electronics Support Engineer in Phoenix AZ for 1st Shift 700 AM-400 PM or 800 AM-500 PM.Put your troubleshooting and electronics expertise to work supporting PCB testing technical documentation and manufacturing operations.What Youll Do Evaluate update and maintain process documentation and technical procedures. Research test and analyze electrical components and printed circuit boards PCBs. Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings. Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on electronic assemblies and systems. Support troubleshooting and maintenance of test equipment. Create technical reports and document findings. Provide coaching and technical guidance to technicians. Respond to customer requests and ensure timely resolution of technical issues. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality testing and manufacturing processes.Required Qualifications Associates or Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Electronics Technology or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience supporting electronics electrical systems manufacturing or test environments. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics. Experience troubleshooting electronic components assemblies and PCBs. Understanding of electronics principles and diagnostic techniques. Strong documentation communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills & Qualifications Experience troubleshooting automated test equipment. Experience in aerospace defense industrial or commercial manufacturing environments. Experience creating and revising technical work instructions and procedures. Experience leading or mentoring technicians.
