Electrical Panel Assembler (Entry-Level)
Location: Auburn Hills, MI 48326 (On-site)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–2:30 PM (summer schedule through Sep 5, 2026). Standard schedule: Mon–Thu 7:00 AM–3:30 PM; Fri 6:30 AM–2:30 PM.
Pay: $20.00/hr

If you’re searching for an Electrical Panel Assembler role in Auburn Hills, this is a hands-on opportunity to build real skills in electrical manufacturing. As an Electrical Panel Assembler, you’ll support the layout, assembly, and wiring of electrical panels and control panels based on build sheets and prints. This Electrical Panel Assembler position is ideal for detail-oriented candidates who like working with tools, wiring, labeling, and build-to-print assembly in a production environment.
Job Responsibilities
Read and follow build sheets, wiring diagrams, and production documentation
Assemble electrical plates, backpanels, and enclosures (panel shop environment)
Install electrical components and controllers per prints/instructions
Wire components using correct color/gauge, ferrules, tags/labels, and required identification
Use hand tools and power tools safely (drivers, cutters, crimpers, torque tools as applicable)
Maintain quality standards, follow safety rules, and keep a clean, organized work area
Support team production goals and assist coworkers as needed

Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED (required)
Comfortable using hand and power tools (required)
Strong attention to detail for wiring accuracy, labeling, and documentation (required)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision (required)
Ability to stand, work with hands repetitively, and maintain steady productivity
Nice to have: technical/vocational training, panel shop experience, wiring/assembly, manufacturing/production experience
