Electrical Assembler
Contract to Hire: $23.45 Hr.
Shift: 4/10s - 5:30AM-4PM
Client is a Military Contractor: Applicants must be a US Citizen.
Perform manual and power-tool assembly of mechanical and electrical components according to technical drawings and blueprints. Digital Instruction Following: Navigate and execute step-by-step electronic work instructions via tablets or kiosks to ensure build accuracy.
Job Responsibilities
- Parts Tracking & Logistics: Use handheld scanners and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) to log parts usage, track serial numbers, and request materials from the warehouse.
- Workstation Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S standards to ensure safety and efficiency on the production line.
- Documentation: Accurately complete digital and paper logs, including labor hour tracking and quality sign-offs.

Qualifications
- Requires two (2) years of a High School or Trade School education.
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds independently Capacity to lift up to 70 pounds with assistance.
- Ability to stand for extended periods Possess current J-STD and IPC soldering certifications or the willingness and ability to obtain certification upon hire.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills from peer-to-peer collaboration to organizational leadership.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate manufacturing systems and Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook)
