Electrical Assembler

PGS Worldwide is seeking Electrical Assemblers in Hudson, New Hampshire for an approximately seven-month onsite contract-to-hire role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company. These positions will perform hands-on mechanical and electrical assembly using technical drawings, electronic work instructions, and manufacturing systems.

Required Skills

• At least two years of high school or trade-school education.
• Experience performing mechanical and/or electrical assembly.
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings, blueprints, and electronic work instructions.
• Current J-STD and IPC soldering certifications, or ability to obtain certification upon hire.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to use manufacturing systems, handheld scanners, and electronic work instructions.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs independently and up to 70 lbs with assistance.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• U.S. citizenship required.

What You'll Do

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components using manual and power tools.
• Follow technical drawings, blueprints, and digital step-by-step work instructions.
• Use handheld scanners and ERP systems such as SAP to track parts, serial numbers, and material usage.
• Complete digital and paper production documentation, including labor tracking and quality sign-offs.
• Request materials and coordinate parts movement with warehouse personnel.
• Maintain an organized and safe workstation in accordance with 5S standards.
• Support quality and production requirements throughout the assembly process.

Pay

• $22.01 per hour.
