A leader in gas delivery systems, precision fabrication, and engineered manufacturing solutions is seeking an Electrical Assembler to join its team in Malvern, PA.

This organization supports critical industries including semiconductor manufacturing, renewable energy, research and development, government, medical device, and precision instrumentation. The Electrical Assembler will play a key role in building and testing custom electrical control systems and assemblies used in highly technical applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, assembly drawings, work instructions, and production documentation.
- Assemble electrical control panels, subassemblies, and complete systems according to engineering specifications and established quality standards.
- Install and wire electrical components including transformers, PLCs, relays, inverters, terminal blocks, and other control devices.
- Route, secure, terminate, and interconnect wiring between equipment-mounted components and remote enclosures.
- Perform electrical testing and continuity checks using appropriate diagnostic and testing equipment.
- Utilize tools such as multimeters, voltmeters, ohmmeters, oscilloscopes, signal generators, and semiconductor testers to verify system functionality.
- Inspect assemblies for proper fit, alignment, and operational performance.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform repairs, modifications, or adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with engineering teams by providing feedback related to equipment design, manufacturability, and system configuration.
- Maintain accurate records of labor hours, materials consumed, and completed work.
Support production initiatives and assist with additional tasks as assigned.



Key Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical assembly, control panel assembly, or industrial wiring.
- Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- Experience assembling, troubleshooting, and working with PLC-based control systems.
- Solid understanding of electrical and mechanical assembly practices.
- Familiarity with AC power systems including 120VAC, 240VAC, and 480VAC, as well as 24VDC control circuits.
- Working knowledge of NEC standards and UL 508A wiring practices.
- Proficiency using hand tools including wire strippers, crimpers, drills, taps, screwdrivers, and related assembly equipment.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently or within a team environment.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in industrial manufacturing, automation, controls, or electrical panel fabrication environments preferred.
- Knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to work with small components and detailed assemblies.
- Good manual dexterity and visual acuity.
- Ability to remain seated for extended periods during assembly tasks.
- Must be able to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
