We are currently seeking experienced candidates for an Electrical Assembly position in Canton, OH. We’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in their work and want to grow their careers in manufacturing.

Hours:
2nd Shift, 3:30 PM – 1:30 AM, Monday through Friday. Must be available to train on first shift.

Pay:
$17.00 – $19.00 per hour, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and wire electrical units according to blueprints and wiring diagrams
• Use measurement tools like tape measures for precision
• Handle small hand tools such as wire strippers and crimpers
• Follow safety procedures and electrical codes
• Work in confined spaces, at heights, and in tight areas as needed

Minimum Requirements:
• High School Diploma
• 1+ years of electrical assembly or wiring experience
• Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams
• Proficiency with measurement tools
• Experience working with hand tools like wire strippers and crimpers
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
• Must be comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights
• Availability for overtime during peak periods

Nice to Have Skills:
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of electrical safety standards

Preferred Education and Experience:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of electrical assembly or wiring experience

Other Requirements:
• Ability to pass a physical including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must work on-site at the Canton facility.
