Following training, the role will primarily operate from the Kennesaw/Atlanta division office. Key Responsibilities Field Operations Leadership
Lead and support electrical construction field operations across multiple job sites Ensure projects maintain safety, quality, schedule, and productivity goals Coordinate workforce planning and staffing needs Support project teams with operational resources and problem-solving
Project Coordination & Performance
Monitor project timelines, manpower, cost performance, and operational efficiency Partner with Project Managers and Superintendents to improve execution Provide operational insight and reporting to division leadership Help drive process improvements and operational consistency
Team Leadership & Development
Coach, mentor, and evaluate Project Managers and field leadership Foster accountability, teamwork, and professional development Support company HR policies, employee engagement, and performance initiatives
Client & Vendor Relations
Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project success Support customer satisfaction and long-term relationship development Assist with issue resolution and operational communication
Safety & Compliance
Promote a strong safety-first culture Ensure compliance with company policies and jobsite safety standards Support implementation of safety initiatives and best practices
Qualifications Required Experience
5+ years of experience in construction, electrical construction, or engineering 3+ years of leadership or operations management experience
Preferred Education
High School Diploma or GED required Bachelor's degree preferred
Technical Skills
Microsoft Office Suite Bluebeam Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical plans
Leadership Skills
Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proven leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making ability
Additional Requirements
Valid driver's license with no DUIs Ability to travel as needed Ability to work in both office and field environments
