Job Title: Assembly Technician (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Westminster, CO
Pay: $20.00 – $23.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4 PM (Full-Time)
Job Store Staffing is hiring for an Assembly Technician for a well-established manufacturing company in Westminster! This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity for someone with a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and experience working from blueprints or schematics.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble electrical panels, cables, and components based on blueprints and work orders.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and manufacturing drawings.
- Operate hand and power tools, cutting equipment, and follow detailed instructions.
- Perform inspections and validations to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow ISO and safety procedures.
- Communicate any issues or suggestions for process improvement to the Production Manager.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of control panel or electrical assembly experience preferred.
- Ability to read electrical schematics.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
