PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an experienced Electrical Controls Engineer to design, program, test, and commission advanced industrial control systems used in large-scale manufacturing and motor-driven compressor applications.

If you're passionate about Allen-Bradley PLCs, HMI development, industrial automation, and commissioning, this is your opportunity to work on high-impact projects from concept through startup.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop industrial control systems and electrical control panels

• Program and troubleshoot Allen-Bradley PLCs

• Develop and maintain HMI/operator interfaces

• Lead and support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)

• Review P&IDs, electrical schematics, and control narratives

• Support installation, startup, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities

• Collaborate with customers, project managers, and engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle

What We're Looking For

✔ Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
✔ 5+ years of controls engineering experience
✔ Strong experience with:

• Allen-Bradley PLCs

• HMI development

• Industrial automation systems

• FAT and commissioning activities

✔ Ability to read and interpret:

• P&IDs

• Electrical schematics

• Control narratives

• Modbus communications

Preferred Experience

• Manufacturing automation

• Compressor or rotating equipment controls

• Control panel design

• Industrial process control environments

Pay Details: $150.00 per hour
