    Regulatory Compliance and Safety:

    • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal electrical codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
    • Provide technical oversight on electrical installation, testing, and commissioning to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
    • Review and approve permits, inspections, and other regulatory documentation.

    Troubleshooting and Support:

    • Provide troubleshooting expertise for electrical system issues during construction, installation, and post-project maintenance.
    • Offer ongoing technical support and maintenance guidance for high-voltage electrical systems.

    Documentation and Reporting:

    • Maintain detailed project documentation, including design notes, change orders, test results, and project progress reports.
    • Prepare technical reports for internal teams and clients, presenting solutions, challenges, and progress.

    Qualifications

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
    • P.E. License (Professional Engineer License) in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in High Voltage Systems.
    • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in electrical engineering, specifically with high-voltage systems.

    Technical Skills:

    • Extensive knowledge of high-voltage electrical systems and their applications in commercial plant construction.
    • Proficiency in electrical design software, such as AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar tools.
    • Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and safety regulations, including NEC (National Electrical Code), IEEE, and NFPA.

    Leadership and Communication Skills:

    • Proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
    • Strong communication skills to clearly present technical concepts to clients and stakeholders.
    • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under tight deadlines.

    Certifications and Licenses:

    • P.E. License (Professional Engineer) in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in high-voltage systems.
    • OSHA or other relevant safety certifications are a plus.
