This role is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and troubleshooting electrical and electronic systems used in custom motors, motor controllers, and electromechanical products. The position offers hands-on involvement throughout the full product lifecycle, from concept and prototyping through validation, manufacturing support, and production.

Description
- Designing and developing electrical and electronic systems, prototypes, and control solutions.
- Building, modifying, testing, and troubleshooting electrical assemblies and electronic components.
- Operating test equipment to evaluate developmental designs and documenting performance results.
- Analyzing test data and identifying root causes of design and performance issues.
- Developing and maintaining electrical instrumentation, test systems, and calibration processes.
- Collaborating with electrical, mechanical, manufacturing, and quality teams to solve technical challenges.
- Creating test procedures, commissioning plans, and engineering documentation.
- Supporting project planning, technical estimates, design reviews, and production readiness activities.
- Evaluating alternative technical approaches and driving designs toward successful implementation.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience with electrical and electronic circuit design.
- Knowledge of PCBAs, electronic components, and embedded electronics.
- Experience using electrical test equipment and instrumentation.
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
- Experience supporting prototype development, testing, and validation activities.
- Exposure to regulated product development or ISO 13485 environments preferred.
