It is known for delivering reliable, high-performance solutions across demanding environments through a combination of innovation and deep technical expertise.Job DescriptionThe candidate will report directly into the Electrical Engineering Team Lead and be responsible for:Designing and developing marine electrical power systems, including generation and distribution networksCreating schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation for electrical systemsPerforming system analysis, load calculations, and power distribution studiesCollaborating with mechanical, controls, and field engineering teams on integrated system designsSupporting installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of onboard systemsEnsuring compliance with marine, safety, and regulatory standards (ABS, IEEE, NEC, etc.)Evaluating and selecting electrical components and vendors for system integrationAssisting with testing, validation, and performance optimization of electrical systemsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
