Staff Engineer / Staff Designer

What You’ll Do

• Make design decisions for assigned tasks in coordination with the Lead or Project Manager.
• Collaborate with the project team on design solutions and coordinate work across internal disciplines.
• Communicate major project scope changes to the Project Manager.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Revit and current design technology.
• General knowledge of mechanical or electrical systems.

Education & Qualifications

Staff Engineer

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
• Completion of the Professional Engineering (PE) exam.

Staff Designer

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or an associate degree or technical degree in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or a related engineering design field from an accredited institution.
