Electrical Engineer

Position would require the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech.

US Citizenship Required.

Active Secret Clearance Required.

• Testing, debugging, and programming IRST production WRAs (receiver, processor, IMU, pod) and related

circuit‐card assemblies.

• Using Windchill to retrieve drawings, reference manufacturing process plans (MPPs), and record each

process step.

• Isolating and resolving production issues independently and as part of the weekend floor‐support team to

keep deliveries on schedule.

• Collaborating with day‐shift engineers, suppliers, and quality personnel to hand off findings and corrective

actions.

• Updating work instructions, non‐conformance reports, and configuration data to maintain traceability.
• Participating in root‐cause analyses and recommending process improvements that enhance yield and

reliability.

• Ensuring compliance with safety, security, and classified‐information requirements while working on the floor.

Required Experience:

Candidate must have at least 3 years of experience trouble shooting hardware- - Testing, debugging, and programming IRST production WRAs (receiver, processor, IMU, pod) and related

circuit‐card assemblies.
