Electrical Engineer

Position would require the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech.
US Citizenship Required.
Active Secret Clearance Required.

- Testing, debugging, and programming IRST production WRAs (receiver, processor, IMU, pod) and related
circuit card assemblies.
- Using Windchill to retrieve drawings, reference manufacturing process plans (MPPs), and record each
process step.
- Isolating and resolving production issues independently and as part of the weekend floor support team to
keep deliveries on schedule.
- Collaborating with day shift engineers, suppliers, and quality personnel to hand off findings and corrective
actions.
- Updating work instructions, non conformance reports, and configuration data to maintain traceability.
- Participating in root cause analyses and recommending process improvements that enhance yield and
reliability.
- Ensuring compliance with safety, security, and classified information requirements while working on the floor.

Required Experience:
Candidate must have at least 3 years of experience trouble shooting hardware- - Testing, debugging, and programming IRST production WRAs (receiver, processor, IMU, pod) and related
circuit card assemblies.
