You will work across RF, power, digital, and analog technologies, combining hardware design expertise with automated test software development.

This position offers the opportunity to contribute throughout the engineering lifecycle, from initial design and development through integration, verification, and deployment to manufacturing and depot environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, integrate, and deploy sophisticated electrical test stations, fixtures, and automated test equipment.

  • Perform electrical schematic capture and printed circuit board (PCB) design for test hardware and supporting systems.

  • Develop, integrate, and troubleshoot automated test software using C, C++, C#, LabVIEW, and/or TestStand.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver reliable test solutions supporting complex electronic systems.

  • Participate in technical design reviews, project meetings, and engineering development activities.

  • Support testing, troubleshooting, verification, and deployment of test equipment in manufacturing and depot environments.

  • Maintain engineering documentation, communicate technical progress, and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related STEM discipline.

  • Minimum of 8–10 years of relevant engineering experience involving electrical test equipment, automated test systems, or test development.

  • Demonstrated experience designing, developing, or integrating electrical test instruments and equipment.

  • Hands-on experience developing automated test software using one or more of the following: C, C++, C#, LabVIEW, or TestStand.

  • Working knowledge of electrical circuit technologies, including RF, power electronics, digital logic, and/or analog circuits.

  • Experience with electrical schematic capture and PCB design, including ORCAD, Cadence Allegro, or comparable engineering design tools.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience developing complete automated test stations and electrical test fixtures from concept through deployment.

  • Experience with defense, aerospace, or other highly regulated engineering programs.

  • Familiarity with structured engineering development processes, configuration management, and formal technical documentation.

  • Technical project leadership experience, including project scheduling, cost management, or Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).

  • Experience with MS Project or similar project management tools.

  • Familiarity with manufacturing test environments and production support.

  • Experience collaborating with engineering teams of 5–10 technical professionals.
