At Novelis Uhrichsville, you'll do far more than maintain existing equipment. You'll be the technical leader driving the reliability, performance, and modernization of complex electrical and automation systems across a high-volume manufacturing facility.
This role offers the opportunity to own critical projects from concept through implementation, solve challenging equipment and process issues, and make a direct impact on safety, uptime, productivity, and operational performance. You'll work across a diverse range of industrial technologies including power distribution systems, AC/DC drives and motors, instrumentation, controls, and automation platforms, partnering closely with operations, maintenance, reliability, and engineering teams.

Reporting to theEngineering, Maintenance, Reliability & Automation (EMRA) Leader, you will serve as a key technical resource for electrical systems and reliability initiatives throughout the plant.

Location Profile:Opened in 1985 the Uhrichsville facility produces flat rolled aluminum coil. The Recycling mill prepares scrap aluminum that is used in the rolling mill to create rolled aluminum coils to a desired gauge. Anneals temper the aluminum then it is leveled and sized to customer specification. Employing more than 400 people the facility produces aluminum sheet for building and construction automotive distribution transportation and consumer durable applications.
