Job Title: Electrical Foreman/Superintendent

Pay Rate: $35-$40

Location: Raleigh, NC

Employment Type: Full-Time

SCOPE OF WORK

• Lead, direct, and coordinate electrical crews including Mechanics, Helpers, and other field personnel
• Assign daily work, manage manpower, and ensure productivity
• Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Plan electrical installations and determine materials and tools needed
• Oversee conduit bending, wiring, and electrical device installation
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and ensure code compliance
• Maintain site safety and enforce PPE use
• Mentor and develop crew members to improve skills and performance
• Ensure quality control and project deadlines are met
• Coordinate with project management and other trades
• Maintain organized and safe work areas

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 3 years of experience required
• Previous experience leading electrical crews and managing commercial projects required
• Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
• Must complete ladder and fall protection safety (CCS will provide)
• OSHA 10
• NFPA 70E trained
• Ability to read drawings, specifications, and instructions
• Reliable transportation to and from the jobsite
• Possess minimum required electrical hand tools
• Demonstrate strong work ethic, communication skills, and leadership ability
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting 50+ lbs., working outdoors, climbing ladders, and working in variable conditions
