Position: Electrical & Instrumentation Technician

Description: This is an exciting direct hire opportunity to join a growing industrial manufacturer in the Danville area! This person should have a strong background in industrial electrical work and will be responsible for troubleshooting PLCs, rewiring controls, motors and drives to help maintain and repair equipment as needed throughout the facility. The team needs someone that has experience in an industrial manufacturing environment and has knowledge of control circuits as well as the ability to tug and trace wires from end to end without drawings. You will be in a non-climate controlled environment with some indoor and outdoor requirements and must be physically capable to walk, crawl, stand, sit, kneel, bend, and climb in tight spaces.



Requirements:

- 5+ years electrical experience required within an Industrial manufacturing environment

-PLC troubleshooting experience required

-Must have experience working with 480v, 4160v is a plus

-Must have experience troubleshooting plc, rewiring controls, motors, drives.

-Must have experience troubleshooting VFD's
