Lead installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades of hospital electrical systems, including lighting, emergency power, patient care equipment, medical grounding, and infrastructure.
Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues while ensuring compliance with NFPA, CMS, OSHA, The Joint Commission, and hospital standards.
Install, operate, test, and maintain critical systems, including generators, UPS units, transfer switches, paralleling switchgear, line isolation monitors, fire alarms, motor control centers, and programmable switchgear.
Perform preventive maintenance, system testing, and diagnostics using electrical testing equipment such as multimeters and power analyzers.
Interpret electrical schematics and support hospital systems, including motor controls, HVAC interfaces, programmable controls, and emergency power sequencing.
Supervise and mentor apprentices, collaborate with project teams, and enforce safety procedures, including lockout/tagout, hot work permits, confined space entry, and PPE requirements.
Coordinate with clinical staff to support patient care environments and ensure reliable operation of critical electrical systems.
Maintain required documentation, participate in facility inspections, and support accreditation, regulatory, and compliance initiatives.
Apply healthcare-specific electrical safety protocols and best practices to ensure system reliability, regulatory compliance, and patient safety.

High school diploma or GED
Valid Oklahoma Electrical Journeyman License or completion of an INTEGRIS Health-approved apprenticeship program
Preferred Qualifications
3-5 years of related experience in healthcare or similar complex environments
