  • Read and update electrical drawings, control schematics, and panel layouts
  • Support plant outages, start-ups, repairs, and improvement projects
  • Look for ways to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime
  • Coordinate with contractors, plant personnel, and leadership as needed

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years of hands-on electrical maintenance, instrumentation, industrial troubleshooting, or related plant/facility experience
  • Experience working in an industrial or commercial facility environment
  • Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems safely and practically
  • Experience with motors, VFDs, MCCs, breakers, panels, or field instruments
  • Ability to read electrical drawings, schematics, or panel layouts
  • Strong safety mindset
  • Valid driver’s license

Helpful but not required

  • Siemens PLC, TIA Portal, or SIMOCODE experience
  • OSHA 10, NFPA 70E, or arc flash knowledge
  • Cement, concrete, heavy manufacturing, or similar plant experience
  • Associate degree, bachelor’s degree, technical certification, apprenticeship, or equivalent hands-on training

Work environment

This role is based in a heavy industrial plant. You may work around dust, noise, heat, heights, confined spaces, and outdoor conditions. PPE is required.
