We are seeking a self-motivated individual with strong electro-mechanical aptitude to provide technical support for customers, employees and sales representatives and to diagnose and repair all types of electro-mechanical and pneumatic machines.


The ideal Maintenance Technician candidate will posses an associates in Electronics or similar, however relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. The Specialist will diagnose and repair electro-mechanical and pneumatic machines, assist in machine maintenance and operator training for clients and employees.

A Service Engineer will be required to lift up to 40lbs waist high alone and to handle up to 100lbs withassistance. This person should also have good dexterity, vision, and hearing. Travel approximately 25-30%,but may increase during certain periods.


Major Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Diagnoses and repairs all types of electro-mechanical and pneumatic machines.
  • Provides technical support for customers, employees and sales representatives.
  • Occasional travel to perform services at the customer’s location.
  • Assists in machine maintenance or operator training for our customers, sales representatives, and newemployee orientation.
  • Fulfills shipping and receiving requirements for service and sales departments.
  • Acquires all required documentation and processes them appropriately
  • Inputs data and utilizes all required software systems as instructed
  • Provides sales support for customers, manufacturers’ representatives and direct sales representatives.
  • Promotes and conducts services in order to meet established revenue and customer service goalsincluding minimizing backlog and turnaround time.
  • Maintains and optimizes a set parts inventory limit
  • Processes samples and provides sample reports.
  • Proactively seeks sales opportunities with new and existing customers.
  • Supports trade shows requirements, as needed, including set up. Tear down and booth duty.
  • Conducts quarterly inventory audits and maintains stock levels.
    Performs other duties as required.
