Electrical Panel Assembly Technician

Your role will require verifying the precision and quality of your work. This position is ideal for individuals with practical assembly experience, a strong grasp of mechanical principles, and a dedication to maintaining a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and organize components such as switches, relays, circuit breakers, transformers, PLCs, and terminal blocks within panels and enclosures.
- Perform wire routing, stripping, crimping, soldering, and terminating based on detailed schematics and diagrams.
- Execute measurements, drilling, tapping, and cutting for enclosures and back panels to accommodate components.
- Assess completed panels to ensure wiring correctness, accurate component placement, and overall structural stability before conducting tests.
- Implement labeling of wires, components, and terminals as per engineering documentation.
- Maintain an organized workspace adhering to safety standards and PPE requirements.

Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in building electrical panels, electromechanical assembly, or related electrical fields.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and materials lists.
- Skilled in using tools such as wire strippers, crimpers, screwdrivers, drills, and taps.
- Keen attention to detail in wire layout, color coding, and component arrangement.
- Capability to stand for long periods, safely lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive fine motor tasks.
- A high school diploma or GED is required, with additional technical training in electrical or electronic fields being advantageous.
