Electrical Project Manager (Data Centers) Relo to Phoenix

This is for a position in Phoenix Arizona and is seeking candidates willing to Relocate with the assistance of the company

A leading electrical construction contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their growing team in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a relocation-focused opportunity for qualified candidates currently located outside the Phoenix market who are interested in building their career in one of the country's fastest-growing data center construction markets.

Data center construction experience is required.

The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical construction background and experience managing complex, large-scale projects from preconstruction through completion.

Responsibilities:

• Manage electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, contracts, and financial performance.
• Coordinate with owners, GCs, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and project documentation.
• Lead project teams and coordinate manpower and resources.
• Identify and resolve project issues while maintaining schedule and profitability.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
• Direct data center construction experience is required.
• Experience managing large-scale electrical projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical construction, scheduling, budgeting, and project financials.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Must be willing to relocate to Phoenix, AZ.

Relocation Opportunity:
