Well established NYC union electrical contractor seeks experienced Project Manager for their Ft. Lauderdale office. This is a full-time in office Union role
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise electrical projects
- Review blueprints, specifications, and project requirements
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans
- Manage electricians, subcontractors, and field personnel
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, OSHA regulations, and safety standards
- Monitor project progress and resolve issues or delays
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, architects, and vendors
- Prepare project reports, change orders, and cost estimates
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
