Electrical Project Manager

About the Role:
ATANAY ELECTRIC CO is looking for a driven and experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team in La Habra, CA. Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage electrical projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and field crews to maintain clear communication and project alignment
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Review electrical plans, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and compliance
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality control, and safety compliance
• Prepare and manage RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
• Ensure all work meets NEC codes, local regulations, and company standards

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of electrical industry experience.
• Minimum of 3 years managing electrical projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, NEC codes, and construction processes
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Journeyman/foreman background is a plus
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical specifications.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and change orders.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening if required.
• Experience with prevailing wage and public projects.
