Description
Ready to take the lead on high-impact electrical projects and help shape the future of our field operations? We’re looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality work from planning to closeout.
In this role, you’ll partner directly with senior leadership, field teams, and our Estimating Department to drive successful project outcomes. If you are a hands-on project leader with strong communication skills and a passion for guiding construction projects to successful outcomes, we want to hear from you.
Requirements
What You’ll Do:
Manage the daily demands of multiple electrical construction projects throughout Central and South Florida
Work with vendors and subcontractors for timely, coordinated project integration
Maintain strong working relationships with General Contractors and other project stakeholders
Manage the financial health of projects, including budgets, forecasts, billings, and change orders
Support field operations to ensure their success on projects
Promote a strong, proactive safety culture
Maintain organized project documentation

Experience, Skills & Education:
5+ years as a Project Manager, three of which are in commercial electrical contracting
Proficiency with Procore & Bluebeam is a plus
Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills
A BA or BS in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field -or- extensive OTJ training in construction management
