Mr. Electric of Naperville | Chicago Southwest Suburbs | Full-Time | $25–$30/hr + commission


Mr. Electric of Naperville serves homes and businesses across Chicago's southwest suburbs. We're adding two sales reps who know electrical work well enough to walk a job, diagnose the problem, and build an accurate quote on the spot. You'll earn an hourly wage plus commission on every job you sell.


What you'll do

• Meet homeowners and businesses on-site to assess electrical needs and diagnose issues
• Build clear, accurate quotes for service, upgrades, generators, and repairs
• Explain options to customers in plain language and close jobs
• Hand off sold work to our technicians and install crews
• Follow up on open estimates and build repeat and referral business

What we're looking for

• Hands-on electrical knowledge (field experience or apprenticeship preferred)
• Ability to read a panel, spot code issues, and scope a job accurately
• Sales or customer-facing experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
