Description
Our client is a well established, family owned residential home services company in the greater Los Angeles area, serving homeowners across Los Angeles and Orange County since 1999. They are adding an Electrical Service Technician to run residential service calls, from troubleshooting and repairs to panel upgrades, EV chargers, and generators. This is a high end, customer first shop with a supportive team behind you, no after hours emergency calls, and a take home truck.
Key Responsibilities
• Run residential electrical service and repair calls independently from dispatch to close
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues safely and accurately the first time
• Complete panel and service upgrades, EV charger installs, generator work, and circuit, outlet, and switch repairs
• Walk homeowners through your findings and options clearly, honestly, and respectfully
• Leave every job code correct, clean, and ready to pass inspection
• Keep accurate records of diagnostics, work performed, and recommendations in the field software
• Keep the truck stocked, organized, and maintained
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
• 3 or more years of residential electrical service experience
• Confident troubleshooting and repairing residential electrical systems, including panels and service upgrades
• California General Electrician certification preferred
• Coachable, positive attitude with strong customer presence in the home
• Based in the Los Angeles or Orange County area
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no more than one moving violation in the past five years and no history of license suspension)
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
