Electrical Superintendent

• Oversee electrical field operations across multiple commercial and industrial construction projects.
• Lead and mentor superintendents, foremen, and field personnel, establishing clear expectations for safety, quality, and performance.
• Coordinate manpower, resources, and installation schedules with project management teams.
• Monitor field progress and productivity, addressing issues that could affect project schedules or budgets.
• Ensure electrical installations meet project specifications, applicable codes, and quality standards.
• Promote safe work practices and accountability across active construction sites.
• Resolve field challenges and coordinate with clients, general contractors, and other trades.
• Support the development of field leaders through coaching, training, and ongoing feedback.

A successful Electrical Superintendent should have:

• 15-20 years of electrical construction experience, including 10+ years in field supervision or management.
• Demonstrated experience overseeing electrical work on active commercial or industrial construction sites.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, installation practices, and the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Experience coordinating multiple projects, field teams, and competing priorities.
• Strong planning, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Collaborative, adaptable leadership style with a commitment to developing others.
