Elite Executive Solutions is partnering with a leading electrical contractor to identify an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations on mission-critical and data center construction projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth market.
This opportunity is designed for an experienced field leader who is passionate about safety, quality, production, and developing high-performing teams while delivering world-class electrical construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all field operations from mobilization through project completion.
Supervise Foremen, Journeymen, Apprentices, subcontractors, and field personnel.
Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and production schedules.
Maintain project safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Conduct daily planning meetings and coordinate closely with Project Managers.
Review drawings, specifications, and schedules to ensure successful execution.
Identify and resolve field issues before they impact project milestones.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
Mentor and develop future field leaders.
Qualifications
8+ years of electrical construction experience.
Previous Superintendent or Senior Foreman leadership experience.
Mission-critical, data center, or large commercial construction experience preferred.
Strong leadership, scheduling, and field coordination skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proven commitment to safety and quality.
