Electrical Superintendent (Mission Critical) – Dallas, TX

Elite Executive Solutions is partnering with a leading electrical contractor to identify an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations on mission-critical and data center construction projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth market.

This opportunity is designed for an experienced field leader who is passionate about safety, quality, production, and developing high-performing teams while delivering world-class electrical construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations from mobilization through project completion.
• Supervise Foremen, Journeymen, Apprentices, subcontractors, and field personnel.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and production schedules.
• Maintain project safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Conduct daily planning meetings and coordinate closely with Project Managers.
• Review drawings, specifications, and schedules to ensure successful execution.
• Identify and resolve field issues before they impact project milestones.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop future field leaders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of electrical construction experience.
• Previous Superintendent or Senior Foreman leadership experience.
• Mission-critical, data center, or large commercial construction experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, scheduling, and field coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven commitment to safety and quality.
